Registration & Account

  • Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Account Creation: To place an order, you must create an account on our Website by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring your information remains up to date.

Services

  • Menu and Orders: Ghar ka Khana will provide a weekly meal plan starting from Monday to Sunday. Specific exclusions (such as beef and mutton) may apply on particular days.
  • Payment: Payment for orders is processed through our third-party payment processor, which is subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Delivery: Ghar ka Khana provides office deliveries within a defined area. We aim to deliver meals on time but do not guarantee that every order will be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances.

User Responsibilities

Pricing and Payments

    • Bank or Online Payments: A tax of 5% will be deducted from the total payment if the transaction is made via a bank account or online payment method.
    • Cash Payments: A tax of 16% will be deducted from the total payment if the payment is made in cash at the time of delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds
